A very good friend of mine asked me to make a kit for Depression Awareness. I jumped right into this one, as there are so many people who suffer with Depression. I know for Kelli this is a big thing and something we've talked about for the longest time. Depression is a very real disorder, one thats looked down upon by society. And over the last few years viewed as a "fad" to be cool. But unless you've lived with it, dealt with or seen it face to face then you don't really know. If you know someone who is depressed, who is in need of help, please do all you can to help. Find the numbers for your local crisis center and help. Coming out of the dark is a kit hopefully showing that there is a lighter side to Depression. You can come out of the dark at some point and learn to live with the depression instead of letting it consume you.
